Mercer? No, he doesn't. He is gay, but he doesn't say anything about it on TV. He just leaves his personal life out of it.

And anyway, just being for gay marriage doesn't mean you're aggressive in any way, or that it promotes any particular facet of the wide range  that is gay culture.

@rolingpingu Especially a priest , who denied marriage etc, usually end up raping the children. And the catholic (and yes evangelical) churches hide these vile crimes, keeping the molesters for it is the molesters who bring in the money.

Poverty solves itself in a people with actual promise. Crop-dust the rest of the world with contraceptive sprays so they can't have children again!

@rolingpingu And it's not our responsibility to provide any freebies. I question whether these societies are any good. It's not a matter of poverty; we've had well-behaved poor in Europe and North America (the White countries, oops!) The only favour we should give the Third-Worlders is a massive contraceptive spray delivered to all their citizens via crop-dusting planes. This would be in response to real-estate agents asking, "How much for just the land?"

@Dracopol Indeed, but 3rd-world countries are not 5000 years behind advanced countries, they're just poor and have less enconomic power to face their problems and to grant progress. No 3rd-world country is willing to pay millions for superfluous sutff, but they work to get money so they can implant medicine, security and education. And these are fundamental to make a good society. But when IMF and advanced countries make it difficult for 3rd-wolrd countries, then they're not helping them.
