Eating breakfast every morning is one of the easiest things you can do to make a huge change towards a healthier lifestyle. Here I show you how to prepare a balanced, power-packed breakfast in 5 minutes with some oats, egg whites, and fresh fruit.

Note: 1 egg white = 4g of protein, not 6g (that would be the entire egg)

  • @NirajHarvests17 Thanks! I still eat this all the time, though lately I've been switching up between blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and cherries. You've gotta keep the variety in there so it doesn't get old.

  • @coolshariq I'm not a huge fan of brown sugar for most people, but as with most things it can certainly work in moderation.

  • i cook the oats and stuff first with the water, then add the egg whites after the oats are cooked and microwave again for a further 2 mins. Makes it creamier.

  • Good recipe used honey as I can't get the syrup in England.
