A statistic in this article I tried to post states that (in 2008) in 2 years prior there was 2000 cases of measles, more than the previous 10 years put together. That's five times as many cases.

By vaccinating we have now shifted the epidemiology from the age group that can handle it and survive, (1-4 years) to now under 1 year of age. Pertussis, is NOT "making a rapid come back" it has always been here and if you just look up statistics, you will discover this fact. The individuals contracting the illness are vaccinated!!
