This video is comprised of 2 parts. The first is a short case presentation of a patient with severe aortic valve endocarditis. The second is an operative video describing the technique I use for replacing the patient's aortic root.

  • i had Endocarditis when i was younger i got lucky and never had to have an operation . in the near future am i going to have to have a valve replacement ? msg me please

  • @Dr420Green: Most patients who have treated endocarditis and do not have a leaky valve as a result of it may never need surgery. It is more a reflection on whether the valve is functioning properly than just the fact that you had endocarditis.
