they say 'drink the water' and Im certain that started in 2000 and ALSO the way she sung the word 'way' in the part where it goes 'the waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay... and iiiiiiiiiiiii' (the first and I chorus)

However the best live renditions from my opinion were the 1993 ones. However my FAVOURITE was the south Africa one, it wasn't the best BUT it just sounded so god like.

This sounds like it's from some point in her 1999 "My Love Is Your Love" tour. Her best showings of that tour were her later dates in Europe - her voice was practically on fire - Mannheim, London, Zurich, Vienna, Paris - they were all exemplary, and IWALY especially was almost perfect, no joke.
