@gatzoc23metallica I like the other band members just fine and don't get me wrong i don't dislike Ulrich -despite the fact that he can't shut up at times- but he isn't a good drummer.

@gatzoc23metallica There is a difference between 'blasting' and 'stating the fucking obvious'. He isn't a good drummer, end of story. Metallica wouldn't have existed without him but Hetfield wanted to be a rockstar so he would have found his way at some point even without Lars like so many others. Hetfield writes the majority of lyrics/music so i think it's safe to say that the musician (Hetfield) is more important than the spokesperson (Ulrich).

@mactavishc Well looking up Machine Head interviews. Robb Flynn and Hetfield were jamming with James on drums for Aesthetics of Hate.... and Flynn said he was mindblown.
