Hi there, thats awesome. I use the same packet mix, and my own spices to. It tastes better if you marinate in lemon, garlic a bit of yoghurt prior to frying/grilling too! Also you may want to fry it in small batches, so you dont have so much water preventing the chicken frying properly, or use a bigger WOK. Thank you:)
