  • I love chiles rellenos... just by watching some videos here i learn how to make them. Mexican food is so rich in flavor and so complex that is worth it to try to learn it.

  • @1917fatima I don't think they're judging to see how mexican it is. They're judging to see which one tastes better.

  • -TO ALL WHO HAVE SEEN MY LAST COMMENT ON THIS VIDEO-

I AM SINCERELY SORRY!!! I TAKE IT BACK! ANYONE CAN JUDGE ANYKIND OF FOOD!

  • @1917fatima You don't have to be from region to judge good food.

That would void out Iron Chef, Top Chef...well most food judging shows.

  • @1917fatima I don't think you have to be a certain ethnicity to judge the food. For instance, Americans can judge French food, because they are trained in it's prep, or have eaten it frequently, i.e, a food writer, who travels to sayyyyy, Mexico, and appreciates the food and eats it, can comment. No need to be Mexican, or X, Y, or Z ethnicity to judge food. It's akin to saying a an American can judge what hamburger is best, because they are American, but have no judgement or taste.
