Kickstart Disability Arts and Culture
VocalEye- "we describe what we see"

Launched during the Vancouver Cultural Olympics of 2010 under the name EarSighted, VocalEye presented the first full season of audio described theatre in Canada with fifteen shows from five theatre companies in Vancouver, Richmond and North Vancouver. Our professionally trained team of audio describers bring the action, sets, characters and costumes to life for blind and sight impaired audiences.

Kickstart Disability Arts and Culture, has also provided advice to others interested in offering audio description in other locales and is in the process of developing and expanding this service to other visual arts and cultural events (galleries, museums, opera)
