HELL YEAH!! My favorite! I have one, although it's much smaller, made by Athearn. They discontinued it unfortunately. I managed to get a replacement "finished" body/shell to replace the one that someone broke on me when they packed it! This is the only time I've seen one in action, here on YouTube. Must've been sweet recording this! Awesome video!

That was neat, What a rare loco, them being so long and equipped with 4-wheel axle trucks with a total of 16 wheels, what a monsterous unit, sure wish these were on regular use, I understand these units won't run on hills as well as only can run on extremely super wide curved track ONLY!!! Thanks for sharing this video Keep up the great work!!

Why such a large, powerful locomotive for such a relatively short train?

Just for show, basically. This locomotive is only used once in awhile for special trains like this.
