A MINORITY REPORT (KOSOVO MINORITIES EIGHT YEARS AFTER): In June 1999, following the end of the three-months lasting NATO military campaign against Yugoslavia, the United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) was established. UNMIK was the first peace-building operation ever based on the idea of an UN administration fully governing a post-conflict territory.
During the first year of the establishment of UNMIK, over 240.000 members of minorities -- mostly Serbs, Roma and Gorani -- fled Kosovo. Hundreds of those who stayed, were killed, kidnapped or otherwise brutally persecuted for not belonging to the majority community.
According to UNHCR, only around 15.000 IDPs returned to Kosovo until 2007. Those who return live in ghettoes dispersed through Kosovo. Threats, harassments and isolation are part of the daily life of the returnees.

Cosa vuoi dire con questo documentario ??? Meglio che i USA non intervenivano e lasciavano piu di 1 millione di kosovari sotto la pulizia etnica di Slobodan?? La colpa e della Serbia , questi serbi che hanno perso tutto avevano appogiato il loro regime e come tali sono condanati peggiorare la loro vita .

Convivere con i serbi ??? Se non hanno convisuto i croati , bosnachi o montengerini che sono stati slavi come posono convivere i kosovari che non centrano niente . Questo e un discorso lungo.

the problem with the most part of the serb and other minority communities in kosovo is that they are still prisoners of the Serb politics over kosovo. Unleast all the people in Kosovo change their attitudes and perceptions over each other they will not be any positive peace. The rights that the minority communities have in Kosovo "on paper" are not comparable even to the developed (western) countries (OECD) . They have to take their rights and fight for a better life.

1/3) How could the houses not been destroyed when there was a war? Most of the albanians houses where destroyed 2, but they build new ones, nobody helped them u morrons

And those gypsys, they never owned houses, since they never had money cuz nobody would give them a job back in the Yugo time.
