http://www.handmasterplus.com Baseball exercises using Handmaster Plus are demonstarted by Dr. Terry Zachary that are directed at the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow specifically for the prevent of ebow injuries. Most trainers and coaches have finger extension exercises using a rice box or an elastic band. Rice boxes are not portable and elastic bands slip off if the hand is opened fully. Handmaster Plus allows baseball players, especially pitchers, to strengthen and bring health and blood flow to the elbow muscles through full ranges of motion so that they are difficult to injure.
