Sylvester Stallone 's gym in Santa Monica Bodybuilding centre with Tony Montalbano

The gym that he trained in for over 18 years up to the film Rambo 3 (1987).He returned there for John Rambo (2008)

Back in 1985 when I was 15 years old & just started training I brought myself Muscle & fitness. My inspiration was Mr Sylvester Stallone because of the Rocky movies. He was featured inside training at Santa Monica bodybuilding center. There was amazing pictures of him training there that was an inspiration to attain a physique like his. I trained for many years until I raised the bar & started competing in bodybuilding shows in 1997 & got hooked. I competed year after year to win the natural British title which was finally achieved 7 years later in 2003. I then came 2nd in the Worlds & was ecstatic.
2006 I wanted to raise the bar & win the World title as I was preparing for it I entered & won the British title again & finished the year with the Musclemania World title in Hollywood. During my holiday there just by coincidence the very gym I saw Sly training in was only a few blocks away!
Talk about going full circle!

I believe he only used them since rocky balboa he wasn't that big before, I think the pressure of making it in his 60's must of got to him. In any case he's trained hard for what he has. I'm a lifetime natural and plan to stay that way. Thanks for the compliment.

When that older guy answers the question wether Sly was natural or not "I cant tell because its none of my business" what does that tell you :) IMO I'm absolutly convinced that Stallone used Steroids at that time thru out the years & even up to this day except this time HGH.. just that the older guy doesn't like to comment on Sly's use which is understandable cuz steroids is a personal choice and steroids were legal for bodybuilding purposes up until 1990. Btw thx for uploading this, 5 stars :)
