Are there many speed traps on 50? JW haha

WV has hairpins that are so sharp, you have to go 10 MPH or else you will fly off the road!
On Google Maps, search "Hampshire Road, Berkeley Springs, WV" and you will see what I mean!!!

Highway 50 doesn't go to either Reno or Virginia City, nor does it go anywhere between the two places. It skirts the south shore of Lake Tahoe, comes down to Carson City, then goes east to Silver Springs, Fallon, and, via the "Loneliest Road" segment, Ely and points east.

badenglishihave, I just took that route from Utah going to San Francisco and it was a grate stretch of highway, it was quiet and greener than one would think most of it did not look like desert land more like going threw a canyon you will like it allot.

I wish more people had videos of driving along highway 50... I am planning on taking this route in a years time and these videos make me antsy to get out there and drive off into the sunset.

That was an error I didn't originally catch - I was initially on 50 coming out of Carson City then turned onto State Rt 341. Thanks for the correction!
