If you had one and didn't pave to pay an electric bill, then other people would want one and they wouldn't have to pay an electric bill and the big energy producers would start to loose some serious money. Wonderful idea! Only issue I see are the rich folks with the waterfront homes whining about their view. That is what they did here when people wanted to put a wind farm several miles from shore.
