@onca51 I think he's giving conservatives a taste of their own small-government, free-market medicine when it comes to graffiti: it's a legitimate artistic enterprise that deserves a legal means of manifestation in a free-market economy. Not by vandalizing random walls but at least in a format that we all agree is acceptable.
