  • Some people claim that this recording has been digitally altered to make the overtones louder. We should ask Jan about that.

    In any case, I have heard Jan sing this live, and he really does sound amazing. I guess it's a mixture of talent and practice.

  • Yeeees, I love overtone music from Jan Heinke. Especially Orpheus Angel.

    And the sound of his overtones is just fantastic ! Amazing!!! In many parts of this song, when I sing it and compare how it sounds with my voice, I must say that his technique sounds even better and louder than mine and even sometimes better than that of our teacher: Wolfgang Saus ! - How .... how is that possible to sound better than Wolfgang? :O
