  • bless all those who died <3 :'( this really makes me cry

  • jay jonas was a very lucky man

  • @halochick45 Most helicopters wouldn't even be able to lift enough hose to get water up that high. the weight of the hose itself (without water in it) would be more than most heli's could lift...even if you could take the hose up and get it to actually spray water into the building, how does the pilot know if he is doing any good or maybe even doing more harm than good? Is called a lose-lose situation....

  • @halochick45 Nobody could get out onto the roof...so, in essance, there wasn't anyone to try to rescue. A helicopter can't get close enough to the side of the building to do any good. The main rotor blade would hit the building. About the best a heli could do is maybe take a water hose up and try to spray from the outside into the structure. The problem is pressure. how do you pump water up that high? It takes A LOT of head pressure to get it there.

  • Rick Grimes, I think was his name, said here that he felt coward for not going down that hallway...Faced with what was in front of him at the time, he should not feel that way at all...He had no idea of what was going on...I don't blame him one bit for trying to get the hell outa there. The people that should feel bad are the ones that sent people back up to their offices. The building has been hit by an airplane for christs sake....LEAVE!! GTFO!!!!

  • firermen are such heroes

  • so sad it was a awful day
