@boogiebuddy01 Yea, they can sense the heart rate and that tells them a lot about the situation (at least when they're around us)......you watch the movie shark water? The most incredible shark movie I've ever seen and it's not a fictional movie - it's all real......amazing movie!

@10samm10 I study psychology and I still think that that's a bold statement......It's not about brain size - it's about what the brain does.....I think squirrels have small brains but I'm pretty sure they exhibit emotion and some species exhibit extremely high levels of social networking......what I'm basically saying is that they may not feel what we feel, but they feel something, and how can we categorize what that is?

It''s called tonic immobility. It's when the shark's brain emits some sort of chemical that immobilizes it. The effect fades away after the shark is placed upright again.

@boogiebuddy01 Emotion? LOL no. Shark are fish, fish have a very small brain, they don't feel what we feel.
