At the law office, Frankie is working on some files in the outer office while Cass is in his private office, chewing his nails as he talks to Felicia on the phone. The nervous groom-to-be can only tell Felicia that he hasn't proposed to Frankie yet, but everything is under control. Felicia tells Cass to keep it simple. Cass hangs up the phone and then takes the file on Mac Cory that Frankie put together...and promptly drops it, scattering the papers all over the floor in his nervousness. As Cass and Frankie are on the floor picking up the papers, Cass looks at Frankie, wondering if this is the right moment to propose. But he doesn't pop the question yet, and Frankie starts talking about Rachel and Ken Jordan. While under the pinball machine, Cass looks at the woman he loves again and says, "Frankie?" When she asks him what he wants to say, he tells her it's nothing. Frankie says it's a good thing Cass isn't trying to talk a jury into anything because he doesn't seem to be connecting tonight. Cass replies that it's because he has something on his mind. Frankie asks him what it is, and then they're interrupted by a knock at the door that startles Cass so much he rears up and bumps his head on the bottom of the pinball machine. Frankie fusses over him a bit, rubbing the spot he bumped, and they get to their feet. Then Ken Jordan makes his presence known and asks if he's interrupting. Cass tells him he's not, but says it's a little late. Ken replies that the light was on and the door was open, and he'd like to speak to Cass and Frankie about Rachel. Cass asks what the real reason is that Ken is still so interested in Rachel.
