  • All i can say mate is amazing pickup, i know they're expensive boards but imo! Cave boards are definately worth paying top dollar for. I only hope i can afford these Cave PCB delights eventually, if only heh!..hehe! Lovin' your SLG connection too, looks great. Are you planning on buying more Cave PCB's down the line? :D

  • @MENDEZ1628 Thanks mate, I'm sure I'll pick up 1 or 2 more down the line but no plans for the moment.

  • Is this the board that was being sold over at Excellentcom? The price wasn't too terrible on that, a little bit high but nothing that was out of range for the game.

Also looks like it was easyfied before it got to you. IIRC, the default difficulty should be Normal and the number of lives should be 3 on the default settings.

Anyway, great game and one I really need to pick up. Right after I get the Mushihimesama Cave Festival Ver. 1.5 PCB :-D

  • @Korszca Yeah, I got this from Excellentcom. As you say, slightly overpriced but really good service from those guys. I've since set the board to its default, no point in getting to grips with it in easy. Very impressed with your Ibara board btw, one i'd love to own.

  • never heard of this, looks fantastic.

  • @amurphy245 It is indeed the beans

  • nice one man.... i def am jelous id love to have this one under my belt... such a great start to an amazing series... so what cave venture are gettin next. im sure youve been bitten by the cave bug... progear maybe!!!! haha... cheers man!

  • This looks awesome!

  • @alexgameroom Ibara is a very good first SH-3 (or even first Cave) PCB. Cheap for its age, always seems to be one on sale, and very well known in the community (even if just for being impossibly difficult). From there it's easy to branch off to the games you like.

I hardly ever play Ibara anymore. I think it's gotten about 5 hours of total play since I picked up my Pink Sweets PCB back in March. Not a fault of Ibara, I just love Pink Sweets :)

  • @futurematt5 Turns out that Espgaluda 1 & 2 are prequels to this! According to wiki anyway. A sense a certain George Lucas feel in creating the series arse over tit. Still yet to aquire Ibara, shit its been 16 weeks now and Dai ou Jou still aint turned up. Just re-ordered it for the 3rd time. if it doesn't turn up this time around, I will cry. On camera. And may self harm. Also on camera. Or maybe just use mame lol!

  • @chefsolid Thanks Mate, they are pretty rare these boards, but this is one of the cheaper ones. I've just installed the Mame rom of this on my Caanoo. Was dead easy to find :)
