This was just a little video I shot showing some of the freerunning techniques I learned for a recent Muscle & Fitness video shoot. Big thanks to the guys at Tempest Freerunning Academy, where the original feature was filmed, and who spent several hours with me late at night breaking down each move. You guys are incredible and i'm in awe at what you do.

    I like the video. But I totaly disagree with the warmup, if you practice some high impact excersice, you need to put more importance to the warmup, need to move all the body for a greater joint lubrication, a few of cardio to rise your heart rate and stretching. Be careful with the knees, they only have like 5 degrees of rotation. Rotating the knees like you show in the video increases the probability of injuring the meniscus.
