This song is called 'Up The Middle' or 'Up The Middle Road' as far as I know.

@BrettMatthewsMusic Ok, the song is from the Album "Advancement of Hiphop" and is actually called "Untitled". Although... I believe another version may exist (on my PC as well..) that actually had another title attached to it. But, i'm not sure if this was a modification to the mp3 by a fan or if it's a true title.

@BrettMatthewsMusic that song appeared as part two of "achilles and the tortoise"...which starts out as a different song altogether until around 4 minutes in i think. it also appeared as "untitled" on the anticon sampler v1

This is from the original Man Overboard album. After he signed with Warner, they kinda had to get rid of this track because of the Metallica sample.
