Should I change the thermal paste or is the standard paste good?

@xTReeTooNx Actually Corsair has Shin-Etsu thermal paste on there, which is already very good. So unless you are changing it for some IC7 diamond or other top quality stuff, I would recommend leaving the stock stuff on.

Noob question do apply thermal paste to both heatsink and the processor or just use the one on the heatsink?
