there is no need to undo the round weight completely - use them upside down and simply put the hook through the hole and onto the bike's pegs

200 dollars spread over 5 to 10 years of back saving...very well worth it. You'll pat yourself on the back each time you use it for the next 10 years. Just sacrifice a bunch of manicures and you got it paid for.
