You can see how much her hair has grown in the last 3 1/2 years since we adopted her and how much I have improved in caring for and styling her hair. I admit I was pretty clueless in the beginning, but I have learned a lot, and I hope that my girls always love their hair and know how beautiful they are! I haven't taken pictures of EVERY hairstyle we ever did, this is just a sample.

I'm actually in tears. It's refreshing to see someone take so much care of our hair. I'm a hairstylist and it's heart wrenching to see little black girls walking around with nothing done to their hair because too many of us don't want to deal with the naps and tangles that GOD gave us. I'm overjoyed to see that you embraced it and made it look absolutely adorable and age appropriate. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL BE AN ENCOURAGEMENT TO THOSE WHO NEED IT. Our Girls Are BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!

OMG i have to say you have brought tears to my eyes, i felt like i couldn't do ANYTHING to my daughters hair at all & had all but given up and just would leave it & say to myself that she'll just face the same ridicule i did until shes old enough to put a weave or braids in it (she's 3) but you have inspired me to keep trying & don't worry about what others may say to me or her about not having "nice hair" or a lot of hair & to make her as beautiful as i see she is. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
