Makes me think of Whitney Houston. Wow, how ironic that Ms. Dionne Warwick sang this song for a movie about the ravages of drug addiction for singers and actors. RIP Whitney Houston.....
The movie is campy and bad, but Dionne performed magic with that song. One of the stars suggested that she sing the title song. It was a number 2 song, and I want to say it was a double sided hit with I Say a Little Prayer, but don't quote me on that. One of her best. Dionne also sang the title song for the TV remake of Valley of the Dolls. I thnk it's on here.
