This is the first strength test of the new Tripp TT Widebody for the HPI Baja 5T. The body was made by John Tripp, a 1 to 1 Trophy Truck body shaper. The public asked for a body that would cover the wheels like a new school TrophyTruck and not crack so easily in the rear upon rear end collisions. This is one of 3 that came off the mold first, and is going through a series of tests. This is the rear end collision portion of the test. This was hard to Stomach, but provided necessary results :) Oh ya, the film is boring, slow, long and primarily for our records but we just had to share!
kind of gay every drop the truck hit its back wheels first..drop it completely upside down on it's roof and you will notice that the body is just as tough as the stock..it will still break
