@angelHHO Hi Bill,
From our finding too much gas works against you. We set our cells to work on less than 15 amps and get better results. Less hydrogen seems to work much better than a lot of hydrogen. Don't ask me why because I don't know.
Ash at Panacea Uni has found the same after testing our cells.

Wow, the coolest bubbler ever! Lol!

Hi Angle
I belive I would look the 8X8 Plateage. Also consider a center support to help stablize the stack.... Wow ....This would be a great project... Larry in Texas is working up the Plates for the 6X6 and the 8X8, also doing a cookie cutter to due the gaskets. I mention this as an option for you to consider???
Please keep me in the loop on this project
Thanks Bill

If you have a way to take temps shoot the top edge of the plate,after approx 1 hour of running a Designed loading you should see teps in the order of 110 - 130 F. That area of the cell is the hottest due to all fluid and gas is being discharged right there.
Great Job

@vipond50 Sorry I took the 5N apart and went back to the 6 series. Because of no MPG increase. So I'm thinking the current draw of 40 amps or to much gas maybe the problem????????? But I can tell u the temp of the 6 series after 4 hours of run time at 7 amps (13.8 volts is between 102 and 107F). Just to let u know after 3 years of testing; it's the only cell that's given me MPG increase.
