I don't really think people realize Israel has a conscript army. These guys didn't choose to be in the army most likely, so they're just trying to have fun. Not every Israeli soldier is serious and proffesional like in the US army, cause, first of all, they're all very young, like between 18 and 21. Secondly, some of them see it as a boring job and not an actual exciting task
