I had a POS Audi A6 Wagon that I seriously wanted to purposely set fire to and stage it to look like this. Never happened tho cuz I was too chickenshit to do it. LOL Car was a mechanical disaster I wished I'd never bought.

Having less gas in the tank is more dangerous than having a full tank. It's the fumes that ignite, not the liquid! Either way, that sucks ass! Hope your insurance raped whoever said they fixed it!

AHHHH DUDE!!! you poor poor soul. i had my daytona fixed like the 3rd week i got it for this problem. lmao good thing i didnt have any gas. i could never be as calm as you were while watching my car burn like that. id even be pissed if my passat did that i got for 50 bucks and put like 50 hours into getting it back together.

slightly like my GTP, mine is a 95' but she still caught on fire. we pulled into hooters parking lot and thought the smoke was from a truck next to us, come to find out my power steering hose blew up and got all over the exhaust manifold. we saved it, sorry about your luck dude.
