Modern Warfare 2 - nVidia 3D Vision Discover Test

nVidia 3D Vision Discover (Red/Cyan 3D Glasses) Test on Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Programs Used:

-Fraps
-Camtasia Studio 7
-SteroMovie Maker

The game had the view you currently watching. But when I recorded the gameplay, the video result was not Anaglyph 3D (Red/Cyan) but a Side-By-Side video result (View from left eye and view from right eye). So I had to use StereoMovie Maker to rebuild the Anaglyph 3D exactly like the game a close as possible. I used Camtasia Studio to put all 3 video parts that Fraps recorded together into a single video file. So after all that, the video quality is indeed affected.

It is fun playing in this mode, but your eyes will get tired very fast and unfortunately the colors are affected as well. If you want to play game in 3D mode, I suggest to go with the Regular nVidia 3D Vision. http://www.nvidia.com/object/3D_Vision_Main.html for more details.

do u need a 3d monitor or only glassess ?

@tameddog I used StereoMovie Maker. Just open the video by clicking "Open Stereo Movie" as "Side-by-Side 100%" then select "Anaglyph Color" as Stereo Type.

the 3d discover i remeber had a third channel of green in the center to get rid of colour distortion...
