  • This is not a Buddhist rituals. Miao Hmong in the US still perform these rituals. This is a Shaman performing a ritual.

  • @mrbillylaw1 its true this is not a buddhist ritual. Matter of fact this is a shamanistic ritual performed to call and find one who have lost their soul. Their dialect is hard to understand but by the way of how the ritual is performed it is relatively similar to how any Hmong shaman in the world would perform the ritual just with a few minor difference. But the ritual purpose is the same.

  • Aren't Buddhist vegetarians? And it was eaten afterwards! Not enough it should be longer, very good.
