Would any skeletons be left after such a time period and have any attempts been made to actually enter the interior of a U-Boat ?

Unknown but unlikely, fish/crabs etc eat everything eventually. The wreck is a war grave and should not be entered under any circumstances- even so it would be difficult and dangerous to enter a wrecked u-boat in SCUBA gear, particularly one as damaged as this.
