Like I said I know this cop, since grade school, this cop will find a way to pull you over and this is the cop that we don't need rolling around our streets, SF made a big mistake in hiring this dude ( buddy siguido ) who lives in foster city, came from a broken home his own family is broken, and he is taking his stress to the streets. I know this guy real good.
