  • I want to learn Violin so bad. I feel like its the only instrument in the world that can help me describe how i am feeling.

  • Bach = best composer of all time (:

some people will not agree with me, but I love how his works are so simple in some ways, yet so intricate at the same time, if that makes sense. Combined with the violin, his compositions allow the player to convey so many deep emotions, and recall past memories. Listening to interpretations like this remind me of why I love the violin so much, and why I will never quit! ^__^*

  • A chaque fois que j'écoute cette musique je pleure et je ne sait même pas pourquoi...

  • @TheIndianraven87 That's because it is! I started in my early 30s and at 40 changed careers and now own a violin store with more than 100 violins and 50 students. DON'T WAIT. DON'T LET ANYONE TELL YOU YOU CAN'T OR IT'S TOO LATE EITHER!

  • I liked and highly regarded Bach's music but I dislike her playing. It's not as fine as Arthur's one.

  • Bach created the most beautiful melodies every heard on this planet!!! Can make a grown man well up!

  • @TheShredworthy i agree 100% (:

  • @XxchocoStrawberryxX His music is perfection, sometimes it's hard to see and hear how truly amazing it is until you really actively listen

  • @XxchocoStrawberryxX So very true! I have noticed the same particularly with Bach's works of music.. Only the unconscious incompetent would believe ability matches passion/emotion in music. You can always distinguish a "good" violinist to a great one when you hear mechanical tone vs soul trenching, breath holding storytelling.

  • @Blazer775 i definitely know from experience that his works are far from simple. I play violin for a long time, & *obviously* studied Bach. As far as rhythm and notes, many of Bach's pieces seem simple, but the intricacy lies in expression & inserting emotion. it takes years of honed skill to do well, not simply playing whats written b/c anyone can do that. Bach gives one the chance to make his pieces their own & can always be improved. As you say, you have to understand music to see it.(:

  • @TheIndianraven87 Same happens tome, there´s something magic on that sound.
