Fresh Fears: Bomb attack brings back terror horror to Russia's south

17 people have been killed by a market place car bomb in the southern Russian city of Vladikavkaz. Over 100 others were injured in an attack investigators are treating as terrorism. It's been reported the power of explosion was equivalent to 40kg of TNT. Police say another bomb has been found at the gates of the market, and the area has been evacuated. Russia's emergencies ministry is sending a plane with aid and medical help for the injured.
