Just adding this extra note to the video.
1. If you're going to debate the issue, please do it without insulting each other. Internet = serious business, k?
2. Global warming aside, the human race hasn't done a very good job of being environmentally aware. We shouldn't just be reducing our 'carbon footprint,' we should be living in such a way where we are protecting and conserving our planet and species we share it with.

I wanted to make a film about climate change for a while now, but wasn't sure how to go about it. Eventually, I thought an animated propaganda film would be fun. And because I'm such an artistic leech, here are the folks who've inspired various elements of this animation: Steve Purcell, D. C. Simpson, Jon M. Jennings, John K, Toondra, Jhonen Vasquez and probably a few more that I can't recall. Enjoy, and hopefully be motivated to do something afterwards.

Additionally, one volcano erupting adds more "pollutants" into the year than the human race can add in a million with industry. Instead, if you want to learn about what is NATURALLY warming the planet...look into the sun's unique activity during 1996. This has EVERYTHING to do with implementing a social and economic agenda using fear for compliance. In 20 years...all your global warming alarmist (the # of you keep dropping) are going to look pretty foolish.

Uh Fin...you need to rereview the data on global warming the veracity of Gores claims are now questioned by more and more scientists whose data he selectively used. The human impact on "global warming" is a drop in the bucket. The fact is CO2 does not raise the temperature. Gores own little diagram shows that the temperature rises and THEN Co2 levels went up. Additionally the "more than 30,000 scientists" has diminished with many now joining a joint lawsuit for misrepresentation.

Global warming is a scare tactic being used for a global carbon tax.

I personally LOVE global warming. The midevil warm period was associated with success and prosperity for all man-kind. It was MUCH warmer then so... I don't understand why we are so ALARMED about global warming now. The planet goes through warming and cooling cycles. The warming cycles are associated with prosperity. We are entering a warming cycle. We should be happy.

so you think that this is a bigger problem than the ice age, the mini ice age, the extreme heat waves etc. etc.?The fact is this isn't extraordinary weather. In fact this is quite mild. The reason the temperature was going up is because after the turn of the 20th century we were coming our of the mini ice age so it was bound to heat up.
