I haven't uploaded for quite some time, but here's something I stumbled across today - the live Russian young lady. She uses a phonetic alphabet consisting of Russian names to send a message made up of five-letter groups.

It's almost a year to the day when I caught this station. And at exactly the same frequency as last year too. Many posters have helped to clarify the situation and give clues as to the origin and purpose of the broadcast. It remains clear that the broadcast uses a live voice, and perhaps has a military purpose (one might query a Russian version of the EAM, but this seems highly scheduled).

Then again, it could also be seen as a numbers (letters) station too.

  • Heh he, good to see a new recording of this one.. definitely military I think, and 4508kHz, hmm, that's only 117kHz down from the Russian Buzzer..

  • Thanks. I generally only search 4000-9500 - might explain the limited range of stations I've been getting though.

  • Saw your previous video of this one and heard it myself a couple of month ago. A mystery this one...
