Yo. Saw you doing some work on the bag, so I thought I'd help you with a fun kick to do. This is excellent for training kicking power.

Personal Commentary:
Yeah, I know I'm no professional. I just know I have a bit of a textbook kick that gets sloppy when I throw out too many of em at a time. I have a long way to go before I score killing blows with these feet. But for those who can use my knowledge, use it well.
