Mam if your telling us the truth. Your free to go. Over policing has gone to far.I've seen people go into mini marts and they can't leave there children in the car for two minutes. Police can't tell the diffence between a small amount of time and neglect. When I was growing up we used to go on these long trips.And I'd wake up in the car and my parents and siblings would be in a resteraunt eating. Police are absolutely nutz holding honest caring people to outstanding rules.

@Alchemy0109 Yes I"m telling the truth it's on court records. Jess was 7 and at the neighbors in a gated country club community at Anthem, Az where I was the head tennis professional for children. Sheriffs saw dollar signs. Terrible. Never been in trouble with the law. I didn't know what happened. They had guns, I didn't nor don't believe in them unless your a true Police Officer. This guy was trained under Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Scary. Child abuse from the system, not CPS ever. Maricopa County Sys

Over 2 million dollars they have paid out on my case alone for leaving my kid 2 min. to walk up to the neighbors...she was 7 years old and safe. Times that by 30,000 people and it adds up to 30 Billion dollars in false arrests that cost tax payers money!!! WAKE UP AMERICA. FEDERAL GOV. IS PAYING FOR THIS. PRIVATE PRISONS IS NOT THE WAY TO GO. @marcmantione Thank you. I get so many mean comments. It is very nice to hear an honest nice comment. I did not abuse my child. I love her. There are abusive people out there on this site when trying to get a point across. I never abused my child nor would I ever. Teaching kids tennis was my life and it was taken from me by people that didn't have the right or know what they were doing except control freaks. I was naive.
