Beneath - War and Truth (Teaser Trailer)

After a horrible plague kills much of humanity, a young scientist, Thea Camden, returns to the barren surface to search for a man who claims to have found a cure for the unstoppable virus.

During the descent to the planet's surface there is an explosion and the lander carrying Thea and a contingent of soldiers breaks apart in the air.

It quickly becomes clear to the survivors of the crash that they are not alone and Thea must fight ever increasing odds as she searches for the cure. All the while she becomes more and more conscious of a dangerous secret buried somewhere deep in her own memories.

Beneath is a feature length independent film slated for free online release in December of 2011.

The teaser was filmed in one day on a zero budget to serve as a proof of concept for the full film. Everything was shot with the Canon Vixia HV20 and all major effects, sounds, and music are original.
