  • Actually, Benjamin Christensen is Danish....not Swedish.

  • @MrNewerbeg Oh ok- I shall change it. It was made in Sweden though and the language on the text is Swedish

    Well aint that a surprise...

  • Starting as a documentary, this film veers left and takes up residence in a land born out of a fever dream. A strangely indefinable and watchable film.

  • Annunaki anyone?

  • Most Christians still believe in all this nonsense. Apparently they lack the intellectual capacities of the average person of the twenties.

    What a wonderful religious cult.

  • ive always thought that movies from scandinavia where boring and always about little girls or some teen age masturbating douche, but THIS is the most awesome film ever! i havent seen an original film like this before....ever!

  • I remember about a year ago around Halloween: I was sitting up late at night with a pal of mine after watching a marathon of horror movies which I rented from a Blockbuster. Eventually, we ran into this movie at about three A.M. while flipping channels. The title cards were in English, and it was on Turner Classic Movies. Even though it was old, it still creeped us out, and we didn't know what it was. Thanks for posting, now the cycle can be complete and I -FINALLY- know what this movie is. XD

  • @VonMeissen No problem.....thanks for the upload....this is awesome. Actually it was also filmed at Hellerup Studios in Denmark.
