  • I myself have been using Phoenix also, it does seem to be a good viewer, crashes once in a while but, as does every bit of software.

I am glad that someone continued with the Emerald Code giving users the option not to use 2.0!

  • @MichaelJFindlay can u help me with emerald viewer plz?

DO I NEED LAST NAME ON THAT VIEWER?

i have more viewer like this

  • @MichaelJFindlay can u help me with phoenix viewer?

  • @Flowgeta That argument is ridicilous at best because you could also apply it to any strictly RP environment on the internet like World of Warcraft.

  • @MonsterMunchAreAce No, people like to complain because the new viewer's interface is unnecessarily cumbersome and in some places just plain doesn't make a lick of sense. That, plus it represents an attempt at a shift towards a facebook-like social networking, something which is not welcomed universally (Whereas Facebook is real people on the internet, a lot of folks use SL as means of getting away from exactly that).

  • Emerald viewer rocked, linden labs was just pissed cause no one wanted their viewer it sucks ass it is big and all the inventories is a whole box for one catorgory.

  • I think viewer 2 is great , people just like to complain for the sake of it and are too lazy to bother to learn how to use the new viewer.

I also find it quite amazing that a team that released malicious code with their software still has any degree of trust within SL , they may have changed the name and claimed that all of the "bad guys" are gone but why just believe that ? The only "bad guys" that are gone are the ones that got caught !

  • Also FYI I still do use so called Malicious Viewers, because my Viewer is not listed on the Third Party Viewer Directory List. Also I knew about Emerald over 1 year ahead of time of what they were doing to its residents which is why I went to different friends viewers which were considered Malicious. I have never had any problem in SL using the viewers, suspension from LL, or any ban, other than Skills Hak who illegally violates privacy of residents, accusations with no evidence ect.

  • Just some info, Skills Hak, should also get the ban hammer from SL. He was part of the Emerald Team helping them to Data Mine SL Residents IP address, Illegally track alternate accounts, & do many illegal privacy violations. I Talked to Lonely BlueBird/Ph0x about his CDS system not detecting my Malicious viewer, where he turned around back stabbed me, data mined my info and illegally stored it in his system. WIth all requests for data removal of everything it has been denied
