He was an excellent character actor. He also acted in two episodes of "The Untouchables".

I just saw this movie for the first time yesterday.
I must say it is one of the greatest movies I have seen, and I am always very critical. No wonder Rotten Tomatoes gave this movie a certified 100%.

Anyway, Czech republic has sooo many great actors, well, better to say, HAD so many great actors, for now, the real artists start to disappear and the new ones are coming, young, but penetrated with commerce and the real art is slowly disappearing worldwide, or better said: is going more underground and it is then harder to get into contact with it.
But keep on searching. Surf internet ;)
