This is a good real story of liberation. This video should be watched by the religious who still have those bronze age ideas.

christianity is best foisted upon children because the god it talks about is for children. How else can you explain a god who supports the weak and down-trodden, gives you what you want only by asking nicely, and punishes all the people who wronged you without having to do anything yourself
his heaven and entering it is like the six-year-old with the secret club you wanted to join. christians want to be treated like children. they want to think they can get what they want just by asking

Christianity has no spirituality since that religion along with its viper-cousin Islam considers 'State-Style Loyalty' to be somehow Spirituality. What Spirituality is IS too poltically incorrect for monotheist grovelings. "Heil Fuhrer! Hail Jesus! Therefore I am Saved!" And Hell is the Concentration Camp for friendly normal people who in their conscience just cannot base morality on extraordinary claims.

you must be stupid as fuck, huh?

"...21st century Christian..."
LOL. Now there's an oxymoron for you.

@NoKiddingMan I am a 21st century Christian. Keep watching!

The basic ingredient for becoming deconverted is learning to think for one's self without reliance on what you are told. It is a rational process, not the result of some sort of painful emotional trauma as the theists so condescendingly assert.

Hi Silvercastle, it takes alot of guts to tell your story about what happened in the church single. I can relate to what you are saying about church people being fake and wearing a mask. I have been burned by the "church" and have started a group based on this, kind of unique in nature. Thanks for sharing, sorry you've had that experience too.
nice discussion. thanks for sharing your story.
