N00B...... this is the most basic shit on youtube..... and that is not hacking people who are connected to the same network you are.... that is changing the password of another account on your own computer.

@zombiedeutsch It is not just your brother slowing your internet down. You either have an open wifi and everyone in the building or houses around you are using your internet or you have crappy service. Change the password for the wireless. Many people password the router but the wifi is still open. You must password the wifi as well. I see that this post is 4 months old but I hope this info will still be useful for you or someone else.

i use wifi and my brother use lan with ethernet cable , he slow down my internet to 2kb/s he use permuim and keep download dragon ball series without stopping, 24/7
i can't even play my xbox, or cs1.6 or surf interent, is there any way to hack in his computer and damage it so it looks like he was hacked and fool with him(he'sdumb ass) we use sagem router wifi and don't have qos so i can't limit his bandwith
