Get it chemicaly straighten and just layer it dont cut it on the lenght do the blue on the under layer but it ur hair do what ever u decide u want

First of all, you are BEAUTIFUL, laceface!! :) Amazingly precious! Your face shape can TOTALLY rock any do. You have a very pretty, slim, and well-structured face, so GO FOR IT! :) The crazy color would look great as well. Just be aware that un-natural colors like pink, purple, and blue wash out pretty fast and can really damage your hair after a lot of touch-ups. Still, just do it :) Don't think about it too much.
