Shame, I rather like the Bob interface, it's the constant tips which ruin it. The key to an intuitive interface is to make it easy to work out, without having to read any instructions. Remove the dog and let people work it out for themselves (rollover tooltips sounds better to me) and it'd be a pretty good little interface.

Me and my cousins played with it all the time.
I essentially learned how to use the computer because of this program.
Learned how to type documents, how to customize the entire UI, and useful geography.

this would be a good way to introduce the computer to children... although by the looks of it, Microsoft really wasn't just focusing it on the younger audience. financing a car? really?
