Hello Don. You are correct about Ken Stillman being a great balloon artist. I would like to crarify what you said about the hitch hiking hat. This come from Ken's book #5 and I quote "The Piggy Back Rider Character in this book was inspired by a young man in my Sunday school class who's mane is Kellyn Moyer...After handing him the character, he quickly twisted the arms together and places the arms around his head, with the arms sitting over his shoulders..."
